Refund policy
WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES
If you would like to return your unworn & unwashed merchandise, you are welcome to return the item at your own expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) you will be refunded the cost of the merchandise. We are unable to refund you the cost of the shipping. You will have to place another order for the size/item you are wanting.

NOTE: A failure to include your order number may result in not receiving your refund as we may not be able to figure out who the return belongs to.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item please email your order number, photo of the wrong item (include the garment tag in one photo), and/or photo of the damage to store[at]nataliegrant[dot]com and we will get an exchange in motion.
We do our best to accommodate any changes if you made an error on checkout. But, we cannot guarantee that we will see your message before we ship your order. If we ship your order before we see your message please follow the return rules listed above.
