Shipping policy

All orders ship 3-5 Days after the order is placed, or as noted on the product pages.

If the item says "Pre-Order" the item will ship in 4-6 weeks. We will do our best to get these out as quickly as we can.

LOST PACKAGE
If you have a lost package please know we will do our best to help, but once the order leaves our hands we are at the mercy of the postal service. If your order says "Delivered", but you have not received the product please wait 24 hours before reaching out (not including Sundays). Often times the postal service accidentally marks something as delivered when it is actually still en route to you. If you still have not received your order after 24 hours of it saying "Delivered" please start the claims process with USPS. This can be found here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All orders shipped with "Ground Advantage" comes with $100 of insurance. If you need our assistance in any part of this process please reach out & we will do our best, but we cannot promise anything. Based on your communication with USPS will determine next steps in how we can help, which may or may not include reshipping your order.
